The Oil Spill Response Risk Analysis Portal (OSRRAP) provides the oil spill response community with standardized matrices to support the evaluation of clean up methods and their impact severity given different oils and habitat, fish and wildlife, and cultural resource types. The development of these matrices drew upon a comprehensive literature review, the local knowledge and experience of response decision makers, practitioners, and technical experts.
